A few useful starting points
I can’t hear a word
Check your volume and audio output. The iOS app uses Apple system voices; download a voice for your learning language in Accessibility speech settings if it is unavailable. The web preview needs a compatible browser and an available voice for the selected language.
I’m moving to a new phone
In the app, open Preferences → Your data → Export a backup. Save that file somewhere you can access on your new device, then choose Restore from a backup. Export before deleting the old app. Vocabh does not automatically sync progress through an account.
I want fewer reminders
Open Preferences and switch off Daily reminder or choose a more comfortable time. You can also revoke notification permission in iPhone Settings.
I found a translation that could be better
Please email the language, word, and English meaning, along with the context you would like us to consider. Regional wording and register matter, and thoughtful corrections are welcome.
I found a bug
Tell us your device, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Include a screenshot if useful, with any personal information removed.
Where can I download the app?
Vocabh is preparing for its App Store release. The official download link will appear on this website when it is available. For now, the interactive web preview lets you try the flashcard experience.
